👥 Teams (shared results for a Tribe or department)
How teams work
A team is a Tribe, TED, or school. Each team has one or more circles, one for each time the team takes the assessment together (for example "Baseline, Fall 2026" and "Follow-up, Spring 2027"). Each circle has its own code and purpose, and results are shown circle by circle so teams can see growth.
Two ways teams are made: (1) A TED or Tribal leader uses Start a Team on the home page. It is active right away, and the leader can start new circles from My Results & Teams. (2) You select assessments on the Assessments screen and click Save as Team.
Members see their own results plus each circle's averages only, once a circle has at least 3 people. Names and individual scores are never shown to members. Use Pause team if a team's results should be hidden.

Send yourself a test email to confirm the server can send sign-in links.
If a member's email is not arriving, create a sign-in link here and send it to them yourself. Only send it to the address it was made for.
