It is a starting point for conversation and planning, guided by your community's values and sovereignty. It is not a test, and there are no wrong answers.
How to read the questions
- When a question says "you" or "your," it means your Tribal Education Department, school, or program as a whole, not only you as a person.
- Answer based on what is happening today, not what you hope will happen.
- Go with your best understanding. You do not need to look anything up.

- 5Fully Implemented. It is in place and part of how you work.
What happens next
First, you will share your name and organization so your results can be saved. If your team lead gave you a team code, you will enter it there too. Then you will move through the six EVOLVE areas: Engage, Value, Optimize, Lead, Validate, and Elevate. At the end, you will see your readiness results and can download a summary and an Implementation Plan to share with your team and leadership.
